Contact the desk
The desk answers email within one business day and answers the phone during staffed hours. If you are unsure which service you need, describe your situation in the message field and a clerk will route the request to the right part of the hall. A desk visit is free, takes about forty minutes and ends with a written outline of what a funded term would look like for your situation. Walk in during hall hours or send a message below and a clerk will suggest a time that fits around your work schedule.
A photo identification is helpful but not required on a first visit. Bring any enrollment letter, exam registration or syllabus you already have, because those documents shorten the budget conversation. If you have none of them, the clerk will still draft a plan and tell you what to collect before the first instalment is released.
Yes, provided you can reach the hall for mentor office hours at least once a month or join those hours on video. Study hall reservations and book fund rounds are tied to the physical reading room, so a learner who lives far away should mention distance in the message field and the desk will describe the remote pattern of the scholarship instead.
None. Tuition, exam fees, books, materials and the transit stipend are funded by Hongkikim Foundation and settled directly with the school, the testing center and the seller. The foundation does not issue loans, does not require repayment and does not ask for a co-signer at any stage of the process.
